5. Refund and Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

  • If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will provide a replacement or refund.

  • Opened or used products will not be refunded unless there is a documented manufacturing defect.
