Refund and Return Policy

At Otolaryngological Anthropology Incorporated, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds, exchanges, and returns may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.

The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with

Products that were purchased more than 30 days prior to the return request

Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase

Returns initiated from outside the contiguous United States (see Section 7)
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Please note that damage due to shipping mishandling or improper storage after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Process
To initiate a return, contact us at CustomerService@OtolaryngologicalAnthropology.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved:

We will provide return shipping instructions and a return authorization number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Company error or a damaged/defective product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please return the original item per the process above and place a new order.
6. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or are missing an item from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work promptly to resolve the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
7. Shipping Limitations
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Returns from outside the contiguous U.S. will not be accepted. Any such returns received without authorization will not be refunded or returned to the sender.
