We aim to process and ship all orders within three (3) business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed and ensure your order is fulfilled as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with major shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your order safely and efficiently. The specific carrier and service level will be selected based on your shipping address, the nature of the product, and other logistical considerations.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international customers, please contact us directly to inquire about availability and options.

6. Amazon Orders

If you purchase our products through Amazon.com (U.S.), your order will be subject to Amazon’s Shipping & Delivery policies, which may differ from our direct fulfillment policies. Please refer to Amazon’s website for detailed shipping timelines, tracking updates, and customer service.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and relevant details. We will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
